Reflecting on the past year, global instability led to soaring raw material costs and supply chain fluctuations,
at times forcing us to make difficult requests of our customers.
While I am profoundly grateful for the relentless dedication of our teams on the ground,
I also recognize with sincere humility that there were areas where our response to these rapid changes
could have been more robust.
