Celblen C

Celblen C is a composite plastic made from polypropylene (PP) plastic and cellulose, which is a natural fiber.
(The raw material for the fiber is plant-derived, contributing to reduced use of petroleum-based materials.)
Also, low specific gravity contributes to weight reduction.
(Specific gravity: 2.6 for glass, 1.5 for cellulite)
This material possesses outstanding properties such as high rigidity, acoustic performance and low friction.

- (1):Celblen C incorporates plant-derived materials, enabling reduced use of petroleum-based materials.
(2):It generates no ash or other incineration residue during incineration, so waste material is reduced. - Special manufacturing method
- A special manufacturing method is used to disperse the cellulose fibers at the micro level, creating an attractive appearance that is lacking in natural-fiber-strengthening plastics.
- Stable quality
- Cellulose fibers of stable quality are used, so less gas is generated during molding processes than with natural-fiber-strengthening plastics. The result is molded products of stable quality.
- Superior qualities in molded products
- Celblen C offers superior qualities in molded products. These include.
